Hotel Shuttle
The Connexxion Schiphol Hotel Shuttle is a daily hotel shuttle between Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and more than 100 hotels in Amsterdam between 06.00 a.m. and 21.00 p.m. The air-conditioned coaches leave Amsterdam Schiphol Airport at least every 20 minutes; in peak hours the frequency is higher. The shuttle bus goes to almost all hotels in Amsterdam, so if your hotel is not in the list, please ask the driver or employees.Tickets cost €14.50 one-way, and €22.50 return.Tickets are available at your hotel, the Tourist information and at the Connexxion desk on Schiphol Plaza near the Arrivals hall. Busses leave every ten minutes from platform A7, situated immediately outside the Arrivals hall. You will not have to wait longer than 30 minutes. See www.airporthotelshuttle.nl for further details.
Taxis
Travelling from Schiphol to the city centre by taxi is another option. 1stclasscab (www.1stclasscab.com) has comfortable cars to bring you to almost all hotels in Amsterdam for the standard price of €35,-.Before leaving you can sent a SMS or call 1stclasscab and leave your name, flight number and arrival time. In case you provide 1stclasscab with this information a taxi driver will be waiting for you at Schiphol airport meeting point.
Groups of 5 or 6 persons can order a taxi-bus who will bring you to Amsterdam for €45,-.
