building. Now, artists have their studios there. Don’t

• Biking from Amsterdam to e.g. Marken, Monnickendam (see google maps)
Enjoying the beautiful nature that is so close to Amsterdam. Just rent a bike, take the ferry behind the central station (which will lead you to ‘Noord’) and follow the signs.

• Have a picnic at the Westerpark (Westerpark)

If the weather is nice, I like to go to the Westerpark. You will never be bored there because of the many cafes and the cinema. If you bring your own equipment, you can even play pingpong there. And watch the agenda for DJ's and live music. On August 22 "The Band Who Knew Too Much" will be playing. Entrance FREE, so you'll be going Dutch ;) Still want to check the band out online first?
