CLOSING EARLY BIRD REGISTRATIONS
Please note that the deadline for early bird registrations is 12 pm Central European Time on 20 March 2009. All incomplete registrations (so registrants who have not completed their registration and have not received confirmation of payment or an invitation E-mail to pay by bank transfer), will be deleted from the system and are not entitled to the early registration fee. Those who pay by bank transfer should make sure that the money arrives in our bank account within 2 weeks after the E-mail notification has been sent. If the money is not received, these registration records will be deleted from the system and the persons will be informed.
Please do not send any money to our bank accounts without registration records, payments without registration records, can not be accepted!

JURE members - IMPORTANT
If you are a student and entiteled to the JURE registration fee for the JURE and EARLI2009 conference (see the JURE membership requirements here: http://www.earli.org/membership/membership_requirements), you have to become JURE 2009 member first through the EARLI office. Please fill out the form online: https://www.earli.org/membership/signup , choose JURE member and complete the online payment of 35 euro. Immediately after this, send a proof of student status by fax to +32 16 32 63 60. Only after we have received this fax and approved your student status, you will receive a membership confirmation E-mail from EARLI. Registration for the EARLI 2009 conference is not possible before receiving the JURE membership confirmation E-mail.
If we receive your proof of studentship and payment before March 19, you will be able to register before the EARLI bird deadline. Persons who do not send us their proof of membership before 19 March, will not be able to benefit from the EARLY bird registration fee.
